Tan Dai Hung Plastic Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the dividend payment of 2011 as follows

- Payment rate for the year 2011: VND2,000 for a share

- Total outstanding shares (not including treasury shares): 21,268,956 shares

- Total estimated payment value: VND42,537,912,000.

- Record date: May 11, 2012

- Payment date: June 21, 2012

- Financial resource: TPC’s undistributed profit in 2011.

- This resolution takes effect from April 24, 2012.
