SBT: Resolution on the 2nd dividend payment of 2011

Société De Bourbon Tay Ninh (SBT) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on the second dividend payment of 2011 as follows

- Payment rate (a): 20%/par value (VND2,000 for a share)

- Total outstanding shares (b) (not including 14,000,000 treasury shares): 127,925,800 shares

- Total estimated payment value (axb): VND255,851,600,000.

- Payment date: In May 2012

- Financial resource: SBT’s profit in 2011.

- This resolution takes effect from April 25, 2012.
