TCS: Fined for violation in securities and securities market

On 16/04/2012, the State Securities Commission announced the administrative punishment applied to Vinacomin - CaoSon Coal JSC as follows:

 - Name of listed company: Asia Value Investment Co., Ltd – Principal Shareholder of Vinacomin - CaoSon Coal JSC
- Administrative violation of the Company: the Company violated the information disclosure as regulated in Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on information disclosure on the securities market.
- Within 10 days since the reception of this Decision, Asia Value Investment Co., Ltd is requested to abide by this decision. Else, the company will be enforced to pay the fine. The amount shall be sent to account No. 920.90.003 at the Hanoi State Treasury.
- Effective date of this decision: 16/04/2012. Within 3 days, this Decision will be sent to Asia Value Investment Co., Ltd and the Hanoi State Treasury.
