SHN: Fined for violation in securities and securities market

 On 26/03/2012, the State Securities Commission announced the administrative punishment applied to Hanoi Investment General Corporation as follows:

- Name of listed company: Hanoi Investment General Corporation
- Name of violating person: Mr. Dinh Hong Long
- Fine for this violation: VND40,000,000
- Administrative violation of the Company: the Company violated the information disclosure as regulated in Circular 09/2010/TT-BTC issued by the Ministry of Finance on information disclosure on the securities market.
- Within 10 days since the reception of this Decision, Mr. Dinh Hong Long is requested to abide by this decision. Else, the company will be enforced to pay the fine. The amount shall be sent to account No. 920.90.003 at the Hanoi State Treasury.
- Effective date of this decision: 26/03/2012. Within 3 days, this Decision will be sent to Mr. Dinh Hong Long and the Hanoi State Treasury.
