Pursuant to Listing Regulations at the HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under alert:

- Issuer: Lilama 3 JSC
- Stock code: LM3
- Reason: in Lilama 3 JSC’s financial audited statements of 2011, profit after tax of Company is negative in case audit exceptions are accounted.
- Effective date: 20/04/2012 Alert period ends when Lilama 3 JSC overcomes current situation.
