SCR: Board resolution on directorate change

Sai Gon Thuong Tin Real Estate JSC announces change in the Board of Directors as follows:

- Mr. Doan Thanh Viet has resigned from Director with effect since 12/04/2012;

- Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Van has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Viet with effect since 12/04/2012.
