BVH: A member of the Board of Supervisors resigns

On April 13, 2012, Bao Viet Holdings received the resignation letter from Mr. Le Van Chi as Member of the Board of Supervisors because of his health.

Accordingly, Bao Viet Holdings approved the resignation, effective from April 16, 2012.
