FPT: Resolution of the BOD

On April 12, 2012, the BOD Chairman of FPT Corporation (stock code: FPT) signed Resolution No.03.04-2012/NQ-FPT-HDQT with contents as follows:

Article 1: Approving the proposal for reducing the number of BOD members from 11 members (in term 2007 - 2012) to 7 members (in term 2012 - 2017).

Article 2: Approving the list of candidates for the BOD of FPT Corporation in term 2012 – 2017 as follows:

3. Mr. Bui Quang Ngoc
4. Mr. Do Cao Bao
