NDN: Delay in submitting financial statement refused

On 11/04/2012, the HNX received official correspondence # 82/CV-NDN date 10/04/2012 of Danang Housing Investment Development JSC asking for delay in submitting Financial Statement of 2011 to 25/04/2011.

Reason is that company is audited. However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
