STT: Decision on designating STT

On April 13, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.53/2012/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Saigontourist Transport Corporation (stock code: STT) as a designated stock.

Reason: Satraco violated Point 1.2 and Point 6 – Clause IV of Circular No.09/2010/TT-BTC dated January 15, 2012.
