Shares open the week in the green
Shares finished this morning up on both national stock exchanges with blue chips performing well.

On the HCM City Stock Exchange, the VN-Index reached 468.18 points, a 1.2 per cent advance. Gainers outnumbered losers by 190-50.
The value of trades reached only half of last Friday's profit-taking session, standing at VND917.6 billion (US$43.7 million). Trading volume also dropped 47 per cent to 64.75 million shares.
Of the 30 leading shares by capitalisation and liquidity tracked by the VN30, four retreated including insurer Bao Viet (BVH), food processor Masan Group (MSN), Sacombank (STB) and confectionary firm Kinh Do (KDC).
Meanwhile, other leading shares added value, particularly construction and real estate companies DIC Corp (DIG), Becamex Infrastructure Investment Co (IJC) and Quoc Cuong Gia Lai (QCG), along with Petrovietnam Finance (PVF) and Saigon Securities Inc (SSI).
The VN30 edged up 1.16 per cent to 538.46 points.
On the Ha Noi Stock Exchange, the HNX-Index rose 1.6 per cent to 79.64 points. Gainers outnumbered losers by 194-57.
Trading this morning reached 56.3 per cent in value and 52.3 per cent of volume of last Friday's entire session, totaling VND596.3 billion ($28.4 million) and 54.7 million shares.
With nearly 4.7 million shares changing hands, Habubank (HBB) again became the most active stock.
