LHG: Long Hau Corp withdraws 25 percent in Bourbon An Hoa

Long Hau Corporation announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated 28 March 2012:

• The Board of Directors unanimously approved to withdraw all 25% stake in Bourbon An Hoa Joint Stock Company.
• Total shares: 12,500,000 shares (par value: VND10,000/share)
• Value: VND125 billion.
