VTB: VTB reminded of disclosing the establishment of subsidiary

On April 05, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange received Official Document No.27/CV-VTB dated 03/23/2012 by Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company explaining the auditing company’s opinions about the 2011 consolidated financial statements.

Accordingly, Vitek – VTB Hanoi Joint Stock Company has just been established and officially gone into operation since the last two months of 2011. However, until now, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has received no announcements of the establishment. Viettronics Tan Binh Joint Stock Company did not comply with disclosure regulations.
