Pursuant to Listing Regulations at HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDHN dated 04/06/2010,  HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

-          Stock code: HPC

-          Reason: profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2011 and 2011 is negative (-VND 48,715,139,299 and – VND 94,753,817,033)

-          Effective date: 30/03/2012

Supervision period ends when Haiphong Securities JSC overcomes current situation.
