VES: Announcement of trading halt

On April 5, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No. 366/2012/TB-SGDHCM on the pause in trading of stock of Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company (stock code: VES):

-  Temporarily suspending the trading of VES stock as from April 9, 2012 under Decision No.44/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated April 5, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

-   Reason: Meca Vneco Investment and Electricity Construction Joint Stock Company lost in 02 consecutive years according to the audited financial statements (in 2010: -4.68 billion VND and 2011: -6.89 billion VND).
