Pursuant to Point c, Item 1, Article 12 of Regulations on Listing at HNX attached to Decision No.324/QĐ-SGDCKHN on 04/6/2010, HNX announces that the following stock has been put under supervision:

-          Stock code: BHC

-          Reason: Profit after tax in the audited financial statement FY 2011 is negative.

Supervision period ends when Bien Hoa Concrete JSC overcomes current situation.
