On April 03, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Decision No.37/2012/QD-SGDHCM on delisting stock of Basa Joint Stock Company (BASACO):

- Number of shares delisted: 9,600,000 shares

- Total value                       : VND96,000,000,000.

- Effective delisting date     : May 03, 2012

Reason: Basa Joint Stock Company violated Article 14.1(dd) of Decree 14/2007/ND-CP dated 01/19/2007 by the Government because it had losses (audited) in three consecutive years.
