DTT: Decision on designating DTT
On March 30, 2011, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Decision No.34/2012/QD-SGDHCM to put the stock of Do Thanh Technology Corporation as a designated stock as of April 04, 2012.
Reason: Do Thanh Technology Corporation violated Point 1.1b, Article 19a of Decision No.04/QD-SGDHCM dated April 17, 2009 on the adjustment and supplement of Article 19 and Section II, Appendix 2 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. In 2011, Do Thanh Technology Corporation had a loss after tax of VND650,944,535.
