ITC: Announcement of designating ITC
On March 28, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.324/2012/TB-SGDHCM to put the stock of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company (stock code: ITC) as a designated stock.
Stock ITC of Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company has been designated as of March 30, 2012 according to Decision No.29/2012/QD-SGDHCM dated March 28, 2012 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.
Reason: The Investment and Trading of Real Estate Joint stock Company violated Point b, Clause 1, Article 19a of Decision No.04/QD-SGDHCM dated April 17, 2009 on the adjustment and supplement of Article 19 and Section II, Appendix 2 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange: Profit after tax of a fiscal year is a negative number. In 2011, Intresco had a loss after tax of VND137.35 billion.
