ELC: Explanation for late disclosure

On March 05, 2012, Electronics Communications Technology Investment Development Corporation (Elcom Corp) sent the State Securities Commission of Vietnam documents to register for the 2010 stock dividend payment.

While waiting the approval from the State Securities Commission, Elcom Corp did not announce the information to the Hochiminh Stock Exchange. However, Elcom Corp informed the Hochiminh Stock Exchange as soon as receiving the approval from the State Securities Commission on March 15, 2012.
