BAS: Announcement of delisting shares
On April 03, 2012, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) issued Announcement No.352/2012/TB-SGDHCM declaring the delisting of stock of Basa Joint Stock Company (BASACO):

Reason: Basa Joint Stock Company violated Article 14.1(dd) of Decree 14/2007/ND-CP dated 01/19/2007 by the Government because it had losses (audited) in three consecutive years.
