BT6: Change of the Chairman of the BOD

Beton 6 Corporation announced the change of the Chairman of the BOD as follows:

 -Approving the resignation of Mr. Nguyen Hung from the position of Chairman of the BOD.
- Mr. Nguyen Trung Hau - CEO was appointed as Chairman of the BOD as from April 20, 2012.
- Because Mr. Nguyen Trung Hau is CEO, so “the BOD Chairman concurrently as CEO” will be reported annual shareholders’ meeting.
- New the Board of Directors:
1.Mr. Nguyen Trung Hau – Chairman of the BOD
2.Mr. Nguyen Hung – member
3.Mr. Ha Duc Binh – member
