TMT: Resolution of the BOD
TMT Automobile Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors as follows:
Article 1: The Board of Directors approved orientations and tasks in 2012.
Article 2: The Board of Directors approved remuneration of the Board of Directors, the Board of Supervisors and salary of the Senior Management.
Article 3: The Board of Directors approved tasks of the Board of Directors:
- Mr. Bui Van Huu, CEO, is responsible for all aspects of a business and directly guides Finance & Accounting Department, Human Resources Department, branches (except Cuu Long Automobile Factory) and subsidiaries.
- Mr. Dang Quan Vinh, Deputy CEO, is responsible for Import and Export Department, the Company’s Office, KCS Department.
- Mr. Trinh Xuan Nham, Deputy CEO and Manager of Science and Technology Department, is responsible for technology of the company, Science and Technology Department and Cuu Long Automobile Factory.
- Mr. Bui Quoc Cong, Deputy CEO, is responsible for Sales Center No.1, Selling Center No.1.
- Mr. Tran Van Ha, Deputy CEO, is responsible for Service Center, Project Management Unit and Canteen.
Article 4: This resolution takes effect from April 14, 2012.
