- Decision No.04/QD-HDQT-GOLF dated February 28, 2012 by the Chairman BOD of Viet Nam Golf Tourism Joint Stock Company, The resignation of Mr. Nguyen Duc Hiep from the position Chief Accountant as from March 01, 2012.

- Decision No. 05/QD-HDQT-GOLF dated February 28, 2012 by the Chairman BOD, Appointment of Mr. Van Cong Duc as Chief Accountant of Viet Nam Golf Tourism Joint Stock Company as from March 01, 2012.

- Decision No.30/QD-GOLF dated February 28, 2012 by the CEO, Appointment of Mr. Nguyen Duc Hiep -  the authorized information disclosure staff as Financial Director of Viet Nam Golf Tourism Joint Stock Company as from March 01, 2012.
