CLG: Personnel Change

Cotec Investment and Land-house Development Joint Stock Company (COTECLAND JSC) announced the personnel change as follows:

- The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Ms. Vu Quynh Hoa from Chief Accountant of COTECLAND as of February 27, 2012. Ms. Vu Quynh Hoa will be transferred to Cotec, the parent company of Cotecland.

- The Board of Directors appointed Ms. Le Thi Hoang Anh, born in 1984, as Chief Accountant of COTECLAND as of February 27, 2012.
