Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company (VISCO) has announced the resolution on personnel change as follows:

Article 1: The resignation Mr. Nguyen Duc Dan from a member of the Board of Directors of Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company

Article 2: Appointment Mr. Nguyen Hoang Ngan – Chief Accountant as a member of the Board of Directors of Viet Nam – Italy Steel Joint Stock Company
