According the Decision No. 09/2012/XTS/QD-HDQT dated February 16, 2012 by the Board of Directors, Xuan Thanh Securities Joint Stock Company (XuanthanhSC) has announced a personnel change as follows:

- Approving resignation of Mr. Tran Thanh Hai and Ms. Vu Cam Lan Huong from a member of the Board of Directors

- Appointing Ms. Nguyen Thi Vu as a member of the Board of Directors
