- Appointed Mr. Nguyen Viet Xuan (born in 1974, an automotive mechanical engineer) as Deputy CEO of Lilama 10 Joint Stock Company as from February 16, 2012.

- Extended the term of the position of Deputy CEO of Mr. Tran Van Tien (born in 1953, a construction engineer).
