VLF: Appointment of BOD Chairman

Vinh Long Cereal and Food Import Export Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors on December 30, 2011:

The Board of Directors approved Decision 293/QD-HDTV dated December 14, 2011 by the Vietnam Southern Food Corporation for change the representative 20% of capital state of Vietnam Southern Food Corporation at Vinh Long Cereal and Food Import Export Company. Mr. Chau Hieu Dung has BOD Chairman to replace Ms. Phan Thi Anh as January 01, 2012.
