Alphanam Joint Stock Company announced the change of chief accountant as follows: The resignation of Mr. Do Quang Phong from position the Chief Accountant of Alphanam Joint Stock Company as from March 01, 2012.

- The resignation of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong from position a member of the Supervisory Board. The appointment member of the Supervisory Board will take place in the company’s 2012 Annual General Meeting in April or May 2012.

- Appointment of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Huong as Chief Accountant as from March 01, 2012.
