Cavico Industry and Minerals JSC announces change in the Management Board as follows:

- Mr. Dang Minh Toan has resigned from Deputy General Manager in charge of finance with effect since 05/03/2012.

- Mr. Nguyen Anh Vu has resigned from Deputy General Manager with effect since 05/03/2012.

- Mr. Nguyen Huu Trung has been appointed Deputy General Manager with effect since 05/03/2012.

- Mr. Nguyen Van Hung has been appointed Deputy General Manager in charge of finance cum Chief Accountant with effect since 05/03/2012.

- Mr. Tran Thanh Huu has been appointed Deputy General Manager in charge of Nghe An project with effect since 05/03/2012.
