TSB: Change in charter capital

Tia Sang Battery JSC announces increase in charter capital from VND 33,727,400,000 to VND 67,454,800,000 as follows:

- Old charter capital: VND 33,727,400,000

- New charter capital: VND 67,454,800,000

- Reason for change is that the Company offered shares to outstanding shareholders based on Share Issue Certificate No.65/GCNCB on 12/07/2011 granted by Hanoi Stock Exchange.
