SBA: The BOD's decision of borrowing trading capital

Song Ba Joint Stock Company (SBA) has announced the BOD’s decision as follows:

- Approving of a loan of 162 billion dongs for paying contractors constructing Krong H’nang Hydroelectricity in Dec.2011 and the expenses will be recorded into production expenses.

- Assigning the CEO to borrow the loan and report to the BOD.
