KSA: Resolution of No. 01 of Board of Directors

On February 28, 2012, the Board of Directors of Binh Thuan Hamico Mineral Joint Stock Company decided hold it 2011 Annual General Meeting as follows:

Article 1: Approving the report the 2011 business results and the plan 2012 business as follows:

- The 2011 business results:

+ Net revenue: 30,150,000,000 dongs

+ Profit after tax: 7,910,000,000 dongs

- The plan 2012 business:

+ Net revenue: 270,000,000,000 dongs

+ Profit after tax: 32,000,000,000 dongs

Article 2: The Board of Directors decided to pay 2011 dividend at 10% in cash.

Article 3: The Board of Directors to hold the 2011 annual General Meeting:
