AVF: Explanation for business results in Quarter4.2011

Anvifish Joint Stock Company has explained the business results of Quarter 4/2011 and Quarter 4/2010 as follows:

- Profit of Quarter 4/2011 increased compared to the same period of last year Reason: revenue from export increased, revenue from financial activity increased because exchange rate difference.

- Profit in Quarter 4/2011 decreased. Reason: selling expenses increased because export expenses increased, general & administrative expenses creased because the company has increased salary for the employees.

- Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2011 increased by 7,311,866,363 dongs (77%) compared to Quarter 4/2010.
