GIL: Resolution of the BOD

Binh Thanh Import-Export Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (GILIMEX) announced the resolution of the Board of Directors No.08/2012/NQ-GIL-HDQT dated February 28, 2012:

Article 1: The Board of Directors unanimously approved the document to list 550,000 issues shares for the employees according the ESOP plan approved dated September 17, 2011.

Article 2: The Board of Directors unanimously approved the document to register to deposit 550,000 issues shares for the employees according the ESOP plan approved dated September 17, 2011.

Article 3: This resolution takes effect from the date of signing.
