HOSE announces the record date for the 2012 Annual General Meeting and to issue new shares of The Southern Rubber Industry Joint Stock Company (CASUMINA):

2. To offer new shares to the existing shareholders
- Expected issue volume: 10,000,000 shares
- Exercise ratio: 4.225 : 1 (a shareholder owning 01 share will get 01 right, and owning every 4.225 right will be entitled to buy 01 new share.)
- The number of shares offered to existing shareholders will be rounded to units. The fractional parts and undistributed shares will be authorized to the Board of Directors decided.
For example: Shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 23 shares, the calculation will be: 23*1/4.225 = 59.88 new shares. Therefore, shareholder A will have the right to buy 59 new shares. The fraction 0.5 share will be authorized to the Board of Directors.
- Issue price: VND10,000/share
- Time to transfer rights: from April 10, 2012 to April 26, 2012
- Rights to buy shares are transferred only once.
- The new shares are transferable
- Time to register and deposit money to buy shares: from April 10, 2012 to May 09, 2012.
