HSI: Explanation for business result in Q4/2011

General Materials Biochemistry Fertilizer Joint Stock Company has explained the fluctuation in profit after tax of the parent company in Quarter 4/2011 compared to Quarter 4/2010:

- Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2011: VND2,205,667,374

- Profit after tax in Quarter 4/2010: VND5,239,765,483

Therefore, profit after tax in Quarter 4/2011 decreased VND3,034,098,109 or (-60%) over in Quarter 4/2010 because the selling quantity in Quarter 4/2011 went down VND33,217,793,609 against Quarter 4/2010, and this made revenue in Quarter 4/2011 increase 2% from the same period of 2010.
