CMV: Explanation for consolidated business result in Q4.2011
Camau Trading Joint Stock Company (CAMEX) has explained the fluctuation in business results in Quarter 4/2011 compared to Quarter 4/2010, according to the Quarter 4/2011 financial statements (not audited):
- Revenue in Quarter 4/2011 was VND1,128,470,925,751 increasing 15.72% compared to the Quarter 4/2010 revenue of VND975,102,138,071, because the following reasons:
+ The strong increase in sales of food products, electrical, refrigeration.
+ Prices of goods distributed by CAMEX continued increasing during Quarter 4/2011.
- Revenue from subsidiaries (Bac Lieu Printing Joint Stock Co. (*) and Bach Viet Co. Ltd (*)) in Quarter 4/2011 higher than Quarter 4/2010.
- Profit before tax in Quarter 4/2011 gained VND11,973,329,532 against compared to the Quarter 4/2010 Profit before tax of VND10,667,344,069, equivalent to a increased of 12.24%, because:
- Profit subsidiaries in Quarter 4/2011 was higher than Quarter 4/2010:
+ Profit of Bac Lieu Printing Joint Stock Co. in Quarter 4/2011 was VND1,110,142,981 increasing 12.67%.
+ Profit of Bach Viet Co. Ltd in Quarter 4/2011 was VND1,622,268,192 increasing 25%.
+ Sales increased leading profit went up.
