KDC: Explanation for business result in Q4/2011

Kinh Do Corporation gave reasons affecting to profit and loss in Quarter 4/2011 as follows:

- In Quarter 4/2011, Kinh Do Corporation set up a provision for financial investment, and loan interest rate increased. Therefore, the Corporation’s profit decreased.

- In addition, the Corporation has restructured organizations. The expense distribution from the Corporation to subsidiaries in the first three quarters of 2011 has not been reasonable, so the Corporation adjusted the difference in Quarter 4. This affected the profit and loss of the parent corporation, but did not affect the consolidated financial report of KDC Group.
