VLF: Personnel change

According to Decision No.293/QDD-HDTV on December 14, 2011, Vinh Long Cereal and Food Import Export Company (VinhLong Food) announced the change of representative of Vietnam Southern Food Corporation (VINAFOOD II) in VinhLong Food:

Mr. Chau Hieu Dung - Deputy Manager of Planning Department of Vietnam Southern Food Corporation (VINAFOOD II) replaced Ms. Phan Thi Anh as a representative for 20% (the State’s capital) of stake, a Member of the BOD and a candidate for Chairman of the Board of Directors in the joint stock company.
