Tran Anh Digital World JSC announces the Board Resolution approved on 28/12/2011 as follows:
1. Mr. Pham Dac Hue has resigned from Director with effect since 20/12/2011.
2. Ms. Do Thi Kim Lien has been appointed Director in place of Mr. Pham Dac Hue with effect since 28/12/2011.
3. Plan of Dividend payment 2011 in cash:
- Record date: 13/01/2012.
- Exercise rate: 20% (shareholders will receive VND2,000 for every share they own).
- Expected exercise date: 01/02/2012
- Place of payment:
+ For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
+ For undeposited shares: Tran Anh Digital World JSC, No. 1174 Lang Street, Dong Da, Ha Noi.
- Management Board is authorized to carry out relative tasks.
