Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company announced the changes in the Board of Directors as follows:

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Tran Ngoc Tuan from a member of the BOD as December 29, 2011

- Appointing Mr. Nguyen Quoc Tin – Deputy CEO of BIDV Securities Joint Stock Company as a member of the BOD of  Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company as from December 29, 2011.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Dao Huy Hoa from CEO as December 30, 2011

-Appointing Mr. Tran Hoang Huan – a member of the BOD as CEO of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company as from December 30, 2011.

- Approving the resignation of Mr. Le Quang Tien from Deputy CEO as December 31, 2011

- Appointing Mr. Nguyen Bang Gia Bao – a member of the BOD as Deputy CEO of Tien Giang Investment and Construction Joint Stock Company as from December 29, 2011.
