PVE: Notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue
PetroVietnam Engineering Consultancy JSC (HNX: PVE) announced the notice of record date for dividend payment and seasoned issue as follows:
- Issuer: PetroVietnam Engineering Consultancy JSC

- Par value: VND 10,000
- Stock type: Common stock
- Record date: 10/01/2012
- Ex-date:
+ For T+3 transactions: 06/01/2012
- Reasons:
1. Dividend payment 2011 in cash
+ Exercise rate: 15% (shareholders receive VND 1,500 for every share they own)
+ Exercise date: 10/02/2012
+ Place of payment:
- For deposited shares: securities companies where shares of shareholders have been deposited.
- For undeposited shares: PetroVietnam Engineering Consultancy JSC on working days from 10/02/2012. Securities certificate and Identification Card (original copy) are required. In case of authorization, a proxy with certified seal of the local authority is further requested in addtion to the mentioned above.
2. Seasoned issue
- Stock type: no transfer restriction
- Share price: VND10,000/share
- Subject of the issue: outstanding shareholders
- Exercise rate: 100:15 (shareholders are entitled to buy 15 new shares for every 100 shares they own. Number of shares received will be rounded down to unit digit). Odd shares and unsold shares will be distributed to other subjects with price not lower than that offered to outstanding shareholders.
- Time for transfer of purchase rights: from 18/01/2012 to 22/02/2012
- Time for registration and payment: from 18/01/2012 to 22/02/2012
- Purchase rights can be transfered once only.
