NTB: The BOD’s resolution of expanding time of recording shareholder list

Transport Engineering Construction & Business Investment Stock Company 584 (TECBIS 584 JSC) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

- Article 1: Approving of expanding time of recording shareholder list to May 2012 for the 2010 dividend payment (instead of Jan. 2012).

- Article 2: Approving of time change for the 2010 dividend payment from Mar. 2012 to Jun. 2012.
