CNG: The BOD’s of cancelling the record date for collecting shareholders’ agreement

CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (CNG VIETNAM) has announced the BOD’s resolution as follows:

- Article 1: Approving of cancelling the record date for collecting shareholders’ agreement to adjust the dividend ratio up to 40%.

- Article 2: Approving the plan of adjusting the dividend ratio up to 40% and submitting it to next shareholders’ meeting.

- Article 3: The real ratio will defined after finishing the 2011 financial statements and submitting it to next shareholders’ meeting.

- Article 4: The resolution is valid as from Jan. 19 2012.
