CNG: Cancelling the record date for collecting shareholders’ agreement

CNG Viet Nam Joint Stock Company (CNG VIETNAM) has announced dissolution the record date for collecting shareholders’ agreement on adjusting the 2011 dividend ratio to 40% of charter capital as follows:

- Ex-right date: December 29, 2011

- Record date: January 03, 2012

- Purpose: Collecting shareholders' agreement by a ballot for adjusting dividend ratio to 40% of charter capital

- Implement time: From January 10, 2012 to February 10, 2012

- Reason of the dissolution: the business results in 2011 overcame its plan and the company will increase the 2012 dividend payment for shareholders’ interest and submit it to shareholders’ meeting.
