Hoi An Tourist Holding Company announces the record date to close shareholder list:

• Stock symbol:   HOT

• Stock type:       Common stock

• Par value:        VND 10,000           

• Ex-right date:    January 19, 2012

(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on January 19 & 20, 2012 sellers will not receive the rights.)

• Record date:     January 30, 2012

• Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

• Purpose:           to make the first dividend payment for 2011.

• Payment date:               February 20, 2012

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Hoi An Tourist Holding Company. Address: 10 Tran Hung Dao, Hoi An city, Quang Nam as from February 20, 2012.
