DBT: Delay in submitting financial statement refused

On 09/01/2012, the HNX received official correspondence of Ben Tre Pharmaceutical JSC asking for delay in submitting Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement (both holding company and consolidated statements).

Reason is that the Head quarter of the Company and six direct branches are transforming the data management software. However, after considering, the HNX sees that this reason is not among the force majeures. Thus, the Company is requested to submit Quarter IV. 2011 Financial Statement according to current regulations.
