LCG: Information on expanding project

On January 05, 2012, the People’s Committee of Dong Nai Province officially approved Dien Phuoc Construction Trading Service Co., Ltd. (*), a subsidiary of LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company (LICOGI 16 owns 95% Dien Phuoc Company), to expand project area in Long Tan commune, Nhon Trach district, Dong Nai province. The expanded area will be increased by 14.2338 hectares to 44,2338 hectares.

Therefore, total area of the residential project of Dien Phuoc Construction Trading Service Co., Ltd. in Long Tan was raised from 50 hectares to 94.2338 hectares.
